As part of a cohort of educators from across the U.S., I spent two weeks during the summer of 2015 in Finland and Switzerland, where I --
> evaluated their world-class education systems,
> identified practices that could be replicated within our professional learning community without wholesale governance changes, and
>engaged in design-think modeling to address challenges and opportunities within the evolving global education system. 

Key findings from my interactions with policy leaders from the Finnish Ministry of Education, University Professors, Headmasters, Teachers and Students are captured in the following slide deck.
