Hello educators and friends!
Thank you again for joining us last Saturday for the New England Global Education Symposium. As promised we have follow up information for you as you look to further globalize your classrooms, schools, and districts.
1. Below is a drop box link which includes session presentations from each pillar. You will also find a folder designated to keynote speaker Fernando Reimers which includes his powerpoint and a note from him that has supporting materials such as articles that he has suggested all participants read. You will also see the EF video which we played for the introduction, feel free to use as you wish to motivate your colleagues to develop Global Education programs and experiential learning opportunities! No login information is required to access the folder (just close out of the pop-up box!)

2. Sunday November 16th at 7pm EST is the date and time of the first #EFGlobalEd (@EFglobaled) Twitter chatwith Dave Bosso (@DavidBosso) and Dyane Smokorowski (@Mrs_Smoke). The goal of the Twitter chat is to continue the rich conversations that were generated at the Symposium. Moreover, the goal is to discuss resources, strategies, effective curricular implementation, advocacy successes, and the like. By creating a forum for further discussion, we can better facilitate our collective capacity to learn from, and share with, each other.
3. Feedback is extremely important so that we can continue to improve for future Symposiums! If you have not completed the survey, we appreciate any and all feedback on the day.

In today’s increasingly interconnected world, we realized how important it is to prepare student to be college and career ready and to compete in the global economy. Through immersive educational travel opportunities, EF gives students the ultimate combination of knowledge and first-hand experiences to produce globally minded, career-focused citizens. We are excited to work with you and your school to make this possible!
Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
All the best,
Diana
